The Bartender, aka Beertender, will inform visitors about our different beers, provide outstanding customer service, and offer general knowledge about beer and the brewery. Pay is $15/hour plus tips.

The Bartender, aka Beertender, will inform visitors about our different beers, provide outstanding customer service, and offer general knowledge about beer and the brewery. Pay is $15/hour plus tips.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Serving multiple customers quickly when busy and engaging customers in conversation when time allows.
- Keeping area clean and organized
- All bartenders are required to perform sidework including mopping, scrubbing, trash, etc.
- All applicants must be 21 years old or over.
- Must work very independently.
- Experience in the hospitality industry including food or drink service or hosting required.
- Have strong communication skills, work well-under pressure, and have a great attitude.
- Enthusiasm for craft beer… must love beer.
- Knowledge and eagerness to learn different beer styles and the basics of the brewing process.
- Professional appearance.
- Requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage one's self and work in an efficient manner and interact with other team members effectively and professionally.
- Adhere to the employee manual and follow company practices including dress code.
- Alcohol server training will be required.
- Drug screening and background check will take place.
